The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming
Exceptional staff ensured we had everything we needed even with the room change. The complimentary massage was a delightful surprise, enhancing our stay tremendously.
The hotel's signage could be clearer.

During my 6-night stay in a Double Room with Pool View, I appreciated the cool water in the showers, which was refreshing given the heat. The pool area did look a bit unkempt upon arrival, but I understand it was emptied and refilled while I was there. the lack of towel replacements each day was an inconvenience.

Comfortable deluxe king room with adequate space for a couple. The venue offers a nice ambiance for relaxation.
The hotel operates as a dry facility, which might not suit everyone looking to enjoy their holiday with cocktails in hand. Internet service fluctuated towards the end of the stay, making it difficult to stay connected. The dessert selection at meals could benefit from more variety.

Great vibes with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful rooms, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Water sports facilities were awesome, and we even found a fun tennis court nearby. Highly recommend trying out the activities available in the area, you'll have a blast!
On the downside, the internet was a bit spotty towards the end of our stay, which made it hard to stay connected.

The spacious deluxe king room was a dream with cozy beds and fresh linens. Loved the big pool mostly to myself and enjoyed exceptional dining, especially the late dinner the chef whipped up just for me.
Could use a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings. A few more activities could make the stay even more enjoyable.

Super comfy stay
I spent 5 nights in a deluxe king room and wow, that bed was like a dream! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch, enjoying bites right next to the water. Just a bit noisy at night, but not a huge deal.

I loved how the aerobics in the pool were led by enthusiastic staff, and the comfy room made our stay even better. With a relaxing jacuzzi and a lovely garden area to unwind in, there was no shortage of ways to enjoy our time. If I had to nitpick, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

We had a blast exploring water sports options, which were fantastic, and the kids loved the kids' club, keeping them entertained while my wife and I relaxed by the pool. Plus, the hotel was super welcoming to our two dogs!
In my wife’s opinion, a bit more variety in dining options would have been nice.
